The application update we've implemented during the February 25 (Thursday) maintenance caused some devices to become below the minimum system requirements which crashes the game during startup.
This is why we will be assisting affected customers in migrating their data into their new devices as much as possible.
◆ Cause of the New Minimum Requirements for Devices
The game Fate/Grand Order have been developed using Unity 4, but with the end of Unity 4's support, we have migrated to Unity 5 during the update last February 25 (Thursday).
Even though the implementation and migration to Unity 5 was essential for the future of the application's development, Unity 5 caused some devices equipped with single-core CPUs (non-NEON technology) to become non-compliant. So even though it's unintentional, some of our customers will no longer be able to access the game.
Affected customers with non-compliant devices will no longer be supported. We apologize for the inconvenience.
